SO2GO, is added to wine just prior
to drinking. It can also be added to juices that contain SO2. (Sulphur
Dioxide) Many people cannot drink wine due to reactions which include;
headaches, stuffiness and hives. So2go removes 50% to 80% of the sulphur
preservatives, harmlessly and effectively. It does not affect the flavour
of the wine or juice. SO2GO is based on the same process used by wine
makers to remove high sulphur levels prior to bottling.
SO2GO contains a measured, dilute solution of
food grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Most winemakers use Hydrogen Peroxide freely
in the winery as a Sulphur Removal tool in bulk wines. We have simply taken
this to the next step and given the consumer the opportunity to lower the
Free Sulphur Dioxide levels in their wine or Champagne.
SO2Go is sold in
sachets and
sprays. 1 x 3ml sachet treats 1 standard 750ml bottle and 1x 5 ml spray treats up to 20 standard 150ml glasses (4 bottles)
